It's hard to believe you're in the Texas Panhandle when walking into this fresh sushi den, more reminiscent of  San Francisco

I have been coming here for a long time and I think that the food and sushi are really good! I would definitely recommended this place if your looking to eat some good sushi :)

I get to Amarillo every few weeks, and this place is becoming my only choice for lunch! The sushi is top quality, with decent sized (1 - 1.5 oz) portions of fish served on well seasoned patties of rice. The rolls are pretty big, too. I had the salmon skin roll a couple of weeks ago - wonderful! Service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is nice, too. The prices could be a little lower, I guess, but considering how much better these guys are than anyplace else I've tried in West Texas, I'll pay the freight.

This place is incredible! Having traveled extensively, being a foodie, and working in the service industry for years, my fiancé and I have relatively discerning taste. Young Sushi does not disappoint. We live 2 hours away and its totally worth the drive.

Sushi, yes please. The building doesn't do it justice. It is extremely inviting, freindly, and has a cozy atmosphere. This sushi could hold it's own with any high end Dallas sushi restaraunt. it is happiness on a plate. So sit back and enjoy!!
