In June of 2009 I opened Wheels Chicken & Waffles with the intent of offering a fine breakfast menu served during all open hours and freshly prepared fried chicken Tuesday thru Sunday for Amarillo Texas residents and visitors.  Our menu has grown considerably and we are still adding new items as soon as we have the recipies perfected.  Our offerings are unique to the area and we are proud to say that many of our regulars have told us that we have the best restaurant offerings in Amarillo.

One of the most unique features that we offer is our weekend hours of operation.  Once we open Friday morning, we do not close until Sunday at 3:00 in the afternoon.  Wheels has become a hot spot for late evening weekend diners.
