Scott's Oyster Bar has been an Amarillo tradition since 1989.  There may be a reasonable waiting time to get a table, especially on weekends.  Locals have found the wait at this fine casual restaurant to be well worthwhile.  Do not expect an extensive menu, but do expect among the very finest oysters, shrimp, catfish and other fresh seafood.  Patio seating is available, weather permiting and ice cold beer is served from a iced watering tank in the dining area.  The menu is kept short and simple in order to get evey out cooked (or chilled) to perfection. We serve seafood that keeps the locals returning for more on a regular basis.
